We went on a weekday and the parking lot was almost empty… That should have been a give away. Our server was nice and attentive but, the food was not that good my husband didn’t even eat his. You would think being one of the five customers that our food wouldn’t take 45 minutes but it did.
I love Maccaroni Grill, but this place is awful. I will not be back. The service was slow and terrible. My food was cold and took forever. The place was empty and it took an hour to get our food when it wad a party of 4. I also never saw a manager.
Total Dissapointment. We were rushed through dinner like a buffet-style restaurant, even after saying we were not in a hurry (we were one of seven couples in the entire location). Salad was good, appetizer selection was disappointing (Italian without antipasto?). Main courses were an utter failure. Dry sticky pasta; bland, to downright strange, flavors.
Was not happy with meal lobster was rubbery. Tasted like they burnt the garlic that was in the dish. Neither my husband or Were happy with our meals. Service was good though.
…and stay away from the espresso bar!. They charge too much considering the mediocre quality. The espresso was real bad. They have a semi auto machine but they were using pods in it!
