Bad Service. It’s true. The service I was received wasn’t horrible, but the servers that I saw when I was there gave off the impression that they were more interested in flirting, looking cute and hanging out than doing their jobs. On top of that the buffalo chicken pizza may have been the least favorable bcp I have ever eaten. Overall, not impressed with my first outing at The Boulevard. I may return on a whim to drink, but it wont be my first choice.
So done with this place. I have tried to like this place SO many times. It’s convenient to where I live and work, they’re open on Sundays, it’s local, and the food is okay. But it’s WAY overpriced, and worst of all the service is absolutely horrendous. I have had good service twice, both with the same server. Usually the only tables I see getting served appear to be buddies with the waitresses. I totally get taking care of your regulars, but they would have more of them if they occasionally bothered to take care of anyone else. Plus why did they make it a big open concrete room? It’s a two story building! They could have done something cool with the upstairs and not had such terrible noise levels in the restaurant. I hate to say it, but I wish this place would shut down so that someone else could try a different concept. The only reason they survive is because it is in such a prime location. Unfortunately I guess that means they will never bother with improving it.
Good Shrimp Tacos. A friend and I visited recently for lunch and I had their shrimp tacos. My friend got the lobster mac and cheese. We thought both were pretty tasty and the service was fast and friendly. Would not mind returning.
We had stopped going here because the service was terrible. We decided to go back and give it a try because we really like the atmosphere and food. Great place for Sunday football. But today we had horrible service again. The waitress made us tab out because it was the end of her shift. She was still there for forty-five minutes after we tabbed out nobody came to check on us, even though we told her we were staying. I really want service to be good here because it is such a cool place, but alas, the service is awful. Very diss appointed.
On Night A Friend And I Came Her To Get Food And Drinks. After We Had Ordered Our Drinks The Bartender Told Us The Kitchen Was Closed And We Couldn’t Order Food. About 30 Minutes After ThIs A Bunch Of The Bartenders Friends Walked In, And She Brought Them Out An Assortment Of Different Foods. I Felt Like This Was Very Ride Not To Mention The Bartender Was Very Rude To My Friend And Me. Won’t Be Coming Back Here
Worst!. I’ve given this place a number of chances and have decided enough is enough! Service and food during the lunch hour is okay, but avoid the evening service at all costs! Terrible service! Food is sub-par. The bartender (I can’t remember her name….Brittany or Ashley something like that) is just rude.
Great local restaurant, have been there 3 times this last week. Always satisfied. Good value and location. Management hands on and eager to please. Burgers and quesadillas are excellent.
