Favorite college town restaurant. This was where I first got a taste for Zaxby’s while attending MTSU. I probably ate there at least once a week. I think I would order the House Special which was just chicken strips and fries. Now the chain has added a lot more stores, and has even expanded to Texas. If I am in the Dallas area and have time I will look for the nearest Zaxby’s and relive my times in Tennessee. Hopefully they will expand to East Tx (Longview/Tyler). Chick Fil-A’s are always crowded, so I would think it would do quite well.
