Good food, terrible service. First, I want to be sure to be fair to them. We have been eating there for several years. We ate at El Cantarito this week, and the food was very good. Also, they have the best prices in Oak Ridge. That being said…The service here always has been terrible. This time it was bad enough to warrant a review – something that I have never done. Their waiters always act put off to wait on you. They watched two groups come in the door and wait to be seated while they rolled silverware. Our waiter, probably the worst of the bunch, only came to check on us once. We waited 15 minutes to get the check, so I finally walked to the register to ask for it. I saw our waiter at an empty booth in the corner goofing off with his cell. He finally walked to the register to hand it to me, and did not even thank us. I do not remember what I left for a tip, but I can assure you that it was too much. Maybe the most disappointing part of the situation is that they were not busy. There were maybe two other tables besides ours, and at least five waiters around. They stood around in the middle of the dining area joking with each other loudly and cursing in Spanish. I don’t know much Spanish, but I know that much.I’m not sure if the service was that bad this time, or if we have just had enough. Either way, I’m not going back. Too bad…as I said, the food is really good.
Best Mexican resturant in Oak Ridge!. Great food, service is good and the guys tend to kid around and make you feel at home! The price can’t be beat! What an asset to the community!

Best Mexican food in the area. Soft drinks come in a very big glasses. Adult drinks are well made, they have a monster Rita also. Food is just good well made without all the thrills. They expanded seating a while back.
This is my go to Mexican restaurant. No other place can match their salsa.
Love it!. Really good prices and delicious food. I recommend the quesadilla verde! Margaritas are a great price!
