Great food!. Generous portions of very, very good Tex-Mex! The Molcahete (close enough) may be a true Mexican dish and It is enough for two meal!Service is good.Decor is standard for Mexican joints. All they need is a Mariachi band!

The beef on the tacos tasted aweful and didn’t even seem like it was real beef. The nachos are ok. I will never eat there because I actually saw the person who busses the tables indiscreetly combine the used salsa to recycle it on another customer. Eeeeew. Everyone knows the majority of Mexican restaurants recycle the chips and salsa, but it was the fact it was actually done right out in the open.

Not Impressed. We went to Hacienda Degollado tonight for our first time, as we are moving to Oak Ridge soon and we are on a house hunting trip. I ordered the enchiladas ranchero, after reading the menu awhile to find preferrably an echilada dish with no cheese enchiladas, as my stomach can’t take much cheese anymore. But apparently even though the menu describes it as a pork and vegetable filled enchilada with cheese or enchilada sauce to be served with rice or beans, the cook said it was cheese filled and topped with meat and vegetables. He said he could do what I wanted. (Even though what I love is mole sauce with my enchiladas.) I had asked for it with beans, but with the confusion on the cheese, it was brought out with rice. The pork and vegetables in the enchiladas were quite good, but the enchilada sauce tasted nearly canned to me. It was rather salty and bland other than salt flavor. The rice was about standard to most Mexican restaurants. (Was actually glad I received rice instead of beans when I tasted my husband beans. I have never liked refried beans and prefer some texture to refried beans if I eat them and these had no texture at all and very little flavor.) The meals were served quickly, but brought out somewhat separately which confused us. My husband ordered a chicken dish with pineapple that came out on two plates, which for me who likes to combine foods sometimes makes it a bit harder. The side plate was brought first and he was rather confused by the lack of chicken and pineapple on it until someone explained that that is on another plate. In the end, the meal was inexpensive, but not good at all. I can do much better at home or maybe even with canned enchilada sauce. I was very surprised that with all the positive opinions on here of the food that I found the food to be so bland an uninteresting. We will have to try other mexican restaurants in the area, as we do enjoy mexican and have a restaurant we like where we are from with a good mole sauce and plantain chicken enchilada dish.

Best Mexican in Oak Ridge! The staff is friendly and we go there so much that they basically know our orders. Their all you can eat special is great and they let you change it up a little.

I really enjoy this spot. G…. I really enjoy this spot.Go as a familey and we all enjoy the many menu options. My daughter has a glutin allergy and they have many options for her. Everything is ALLWAYS fresh. We have had many of the dishes served, never disapointed.
