Hands down the best steak in the area. We ate at fhe original location earlier in the trip and enjoyed it so much that we hit the Pigeon Forge location on the way home. It did not disappoint. Service was excellent and the filet mignon skewers were amazing, with just the right amount of oak smoke. The brown sugar butter could be treated as a dessert in itself. The mushroom risotto was also well done and a pefect accompaniment. Thanks, Alamo! I’m smiling driving north
Probably the best steak I’ve ever had.. I love steak. LOVE IT! My large gut and heavy breathing while sitting will attest to this fact. I have sacrificed my health and safety in pursuit of the good steak. So, I feel my judgement on this subject should carry some weight. That is why I can say with no reservation that Alamo Steak House is a damn good steak house. The steak is tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The wait staff is friendly and professional. The price is right for the excellent quality of food you are receiving.Pay no attention to the naysayers. This place is great.
We’ve eaten here every time we’ve visited Gatlinburg for 15+ years and have always loved it. It’s always been a great dining experience!
