Outstanding authentic food. Great staff!. We were in Pigeon Forge for 3 days. I reviewed Chinese restaurants and decided that Fusion was the first place that we wanted to try. It is a block off of the main pathway. Their menu includes authentic Chinese and Malaysian foods, as well as the typical Chinese-American foods. We ate from the authentic menu and just loved it. My Chinese spouse was so happy because the food was so good. We talked with the owner and she was so nice. She made recommendations for us and they were perfect. Such nice people too. We were so happy that we went back on the 3rd day, had lunch, and got food to take home several states away. Now that is carryout! You just do not find food this authentic and perfectly spiced. We will never forget this restaurant and will return when we return to Pigeon Forge.
Huge portions!. My boyfriend and I went to the Fusion Cafe for dinner, and there were plenty of vegetarian options for us. Both of our portion sizes were HUGE. We could only finish half of our dinner and got a box for the rest. We were nervous about going because of the bad reviews a few days ago, but Jerry was super nice and the service was great.
Bad experience at the Fusion Cafe in Pigeon Forge. The owner has a bad attitude and is very rude. His name is Jerry. We had not finished our meal and he said the restaurant was closed and we had to leave. He turned the air conditioner off. We tried to talk to him and he started yelling and said we were not welcome in his restaurant any more. It was a terrible experience and I had taken my sons mother in law to be out for dinner along with my whole family. I think he has made enough money already and does not need our business.
My mom was visiting from out of state to celebrate my engagement with my fianc’s family. The sign on their door read that they were open until 11:00pm. There were 11 of us and so we came in at about 8:45. They told us they were pretty busy tonight to seat 11 people but there was only 1 other couple in the restaurant. Anyway we ordered our food and all ordered our food. This took quite a while to serve everyone because of the amount of food ordered. It didn’t come out til about 9:30-9:45 for all of the plates. Still eating at 10:30 (and nobody else in the restaurant) the young gentleman waiter came over and asked us if we wanted boxes to go since it was already 10:30. Want future uncle in law and mother in law advises him we were still eating and that the sign says the restaurant closes at 11:00 and that if it is inaccurate they need to change their sign. The owner must have heard this because he came over screaming at our family that the close time has always been 10:30 on Fridays and that the sign is wrong. We told him we were still eating and and so (In the middle of the summer!) he walks over to the thermostat in front of our table and turns the A/C off to try and get us out sooner when it starts to get too hot in there. He then proceeds to blame it on the cook and said the cook wants to go home. What an embarrassment to have the owner screaming at us over something that was his mistake. 11 people is a lot of food and a lot of money that his restaurant won’t be making from us anymore. As soon as we walked out him and his wife walked out and locked the door behind us taking a big bottle of wine with them. My inlaws are always extremely respectful when we come into eat and we absolutely loved Jenny that worked there but this isn’t the first time this has happened. Only the first time he’s yelled at us. The time before we had 9 people with us. We called ahead to let them know we were coming in and had a big party. They were still open another hour and a half. They closed by the time we for there in only 15 minutes. Rude! Apparently these people don’t like word of mouth business or to make money. We won’t be back.
Great place!. My husband and I visited here during our trip to pigeon forge and loved it. The food, service, and atmosphere was great. We will be back when we visit again!
Perfect. I took my family of 4 here to try something a little different. My 4 and 6 year old loved it, as did my wife and I. Food was delicious, service was fast and pleasant, and atmosphere was comfortable. I highly recommend eating here.
Hidden Gem. My wife got spicy Thai rice and I got Thai Basil. Both meals were served hot and with good presentation. The ingredients were fresh and seasoned nicely. We were even brought dessert for free. I would certainly recommend this hidden little spot.
