Worst restaurant ever. We wanted to order off of the menu but our waiter wouldn’t take our order. When we were trying to order an omelet, my sister tried to ask the waiter a question and he said he didn’t have time to take an order. We eventually got up to get food from the buffet. The waiter never came back to fill our coffee, we never got our water. A man at the table next to us was treated the same way and he finally got up to get the pot of coffee and pour his wife and himself a cup. A man at another table near us was trying to get the waiter to bring his daughter something to drink. He asked and the waiter never came back. The pancakes off of the buffet were over cooked and the eggs were dry and scorched. My son, who is NOT a picky eater at all, wouldn’t eat the French toast. He said it tasted funny. I definitely would stay clear of this restaurant.

Dump!!!. We stopped on our way out of town and should have known better when there wasn’t a wait. The place was filthy. We ordered off the menu (even though they had a buffet). The waitress was short and abrupt…not friendly at all. Spent most of her time talking to another table for about 20 minutes while we waited on our food. She seemed put out that we ordered from the menu. The food took FOREVER to come out. We talked about leaving but stayed since we were leaving…we will definitely NEVER eat there again. I would rather wait in line at the other 17 pancake houses than eat here. The manager/owner was totally oblivious to the fact her staff and kitchen are horrible. Sad!
Fantastic Eating Place Love it. Just returned home from Pigeon Forge. The first morning we ate at Reagan’s. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Second morning ate at the Pancake House a block or so down and it was absolutely horrible. Over priced for the food you got and the server came 7 times in our short time there to ask if everything was still ok. Absolutely rude. You couldn’t carry on a conversation without being interrupted. Last two days we went back to Reagan’s. The server there was very pleasant and polite. I prefer it hands down over any other pancake place in Pigeon Forge including Ihop.
DO NOT EAT HERE. I don’t normally give reviews of places I eat; however, this place was so bad I must speak out. The service for the entire restaurant was done by 1 grumpy, sour faced man that never attempted to serve the customers. Two of the people in our party tried the breakfast buffet; do not do the same. Every item on the buffet was cold (i.e. the pancakes wouldn’t melt butter), the gravy tasted like glue (perhaps you like that sorta thing), and every other item save the bacon was rubbery. The other two members of our party had omelets (vegetarian; bacon & cheese) that were the worst omelets we’ve ever had. I don’t think the cheese in either of these omelets every saw a cow. There was too much of this cheese and it was cold. Zero out of ten for this restaurant.
Breakfast Buffet was good. Pancakes were excellent. Also eggs, bacon sausage, potatoes, grits, oatmeal, gravy, biscuits, fruit, French toast!
Disgusting, inedible food… Powder eggs, brown and serve sausage, paper thin chewy bacon, pancakes that you need a streak knife to cut, syrup was watered down, rancid fruit. $18 for two people and we didn’t eat. Sorry excuse for food.
