Horrible!!!! Passed two couples coming through front door saying do not waist your time or money. Waited for about ten minutes to be seated and no one even walked out from the back to seat us. Just walked out. Sevierville is way better.
I would expect at least average food from TGI Fridays. So I ordered a hamburger which was over cooked and not very flavorful. I also ordered a side of buffalo wings which were not good. My wife’s order was wrong. It ended up costing us about $90 with tip included to feed a family of five. Very disappointed paying $90 for food that sucked. Will not go there again.@Least they served beer there though so not a total waste.
Arrived around 1:30pm. The restaurant was not very crowded. We were seated, the waitress breezed past and said I will be with you in a minute. She then stood around the kitchen and talked to another server. The conversation was about giving good service while we were in earshot waiting on her to take our order. When she finally took our order, we got the pretzel bread appetizer. It was delicious. My husband ‘s steak was undercooked. She took it back and brought the same steak back out on the same plate with the same sides. The sides were now cold but the steak was done. I ordered French onion soup…salty and the cheese was so thick, I had cut it with a fork to get to the soup. The California Chicken Club was delicious 🙂 So it was just a so-so experience.
I have been to several locations in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee and this one doesn’t represent the brand well at all. If I pay $20 for a ribeye, I expect it to be mostly beef. This steak was LITERALLY 50% fat and gristle. Worst thanksgiving dinner ever. Thanks Pigeon Forge TGIFridays…..for ruining my life.
Tuesday out. We had dinner here on a Tuesday; awesome waiter, food was very plentiful and delicious. We had a very fun night out. We would highly recommend eating here!!!

I thought it was excellent! The service was very good and the food was the best! I recommend the sizzlin’ chicken and shrimp. It tastes awesome.
