  It was ok!. I like Ice Bar & Grill, I believe it’s black owned & I love too support black businesses & see them thrive. But they have got too do something about parking & the bartenders at the bar. No one likes to have to look for a parking spot for 10 minutes, then can’t find one & be forced too park on a dusty dirty field in the back. Also the bar is understaffed, I stood at the bar for almost 15 minutes before one of the girls took my drink orders. Now I understand large crowds but 15 minutes is unacceptable. 3 women behind a bar trying too serve at least 40 people coming & going isn’t good business. The bartender also had an attitude when taking my order. I know she was probably tired & overworked but that’s not my problem. Your customer service depends on your tip & she didn’t get one from me that night. Also some of the drinks are a little overpriced & served wrong, I got a hennessy & coke served to me in a small plastic cup with ice filled too the rim for $10. My girlfriend got a walk me down also served in a small plastic cup with ice too the rim for $15. I know that drink is usually served in a tall glass because I saw other people in the bar with the same drink with there’s in a glass. I don’t know if they ran out of glasses or the girl was just being low down putting ours in a small plastic cup with a ton of ice. I wanted too order more drinks & spend more money, but the process that I would of have too gone through too get them wasn’t worth it. I ask you all too please address these issues, because when I come back again & it’s still the same. I will never be back & I will tell my friends & family also not too patronize your business. Thank you!

  Great Food. In September 2011, Ice Bar and Grill open and they are far better than The DAQ. I went there and found the food is great. I really like the stir fry chicken. My husband like the fish dinner. They had great music and it is a place where you would want to set back and enjoy yourself.

  You can’t come in unless you are 21 or over!!! I came with my parents before they had that rule and had the crab&lobster dip. It was the best dip I’ve had in years. I had been ranting about this place ever since. Bit my dreams of coming back were crushed when I read their new rule on the door.

  The shrimp and crab dip was very good. If you like cigar smell u should try, if not avoid as the smell flows over from cigar bar into eating area. I give it a 2.5 star out of 4.
