  This is a favorite of my family’s. Even after moving 30 min away, we still come back to the margarita house for Mexican. Good drinks, great salsa, and amazing food. It’s not the fanciest place, but they’ve been improving. We can be picky about certain things, but we love it here. Give it a shot!

  I don’t know about the other locations, but I will not return to this one ever again. Decided to take a chance and go someplace new for Valentine’s Day. The server forgot to bring our cheese dip and didn’t take it off the check. We let it slide when they corrected it, no biggie. Then around 3 am is when the sickness set in. I’ve never been this sick in my life. I had the fajita chicken nachos with guacamole and sour cream so I’m not sure what exactly made me sick. Never again.

  I have been happy with my meals in the dining room, but both times we’ve gotten take out, we were TOTALLY ripped off. Last night we got 2 orders of Carnitas ($9.75 a plate) and the meat was in small, dry, overcooked pieces…like what would’ve been scraped out of a pan at the end of the night to toss, but it was only 7pm. I guarantee they never would’ve served us this if we were eating there. Plus, (even though they do serve less than other Mexican restaurants around here) we got about HALF the serving size as we’ve previously gotten in the dining room. They even skimped on the rice and beans. When I was moving the food to a plate, I literally had 3 plastic forkfuls of each – both orders were this skimpy. AND they only gave us one small bag of tortilla chips. They also forgot the sour cream & guacamole that’s supposed to come with the Carnitas. The rip-off was almost as bad when we ordered take out Fajitas a while back – the food was good that time but the amount of food was ridiculous. SO, while I may go there and eat in a pinch because it’s so close to home, I will NEVER get take out again. Lesson learned.

  Greeting by very hateful hostess who slammed menus all across the table . We left . The last time waitress didn’t return our debit card . Sorry will not be back used to be one of my FAvs hire some good workers

  My mother and I went here on a Saturday night about 7pm, the restaurant is very small, the service was not very good, they didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. The chips and salsa was OK we both ordered the chicken fajita taco salad..it was just chicken, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole..very bland…needless to say we will not be back.

  Poor Service. The food was tasty, but this was far overshadowed by the very poor service. Our waitor was very rude to us. He had a very annoyed look on his face and tone of voice from the time we walked in with our two small children and there was no smile or friendly words at all from him our entire visit. We took longer than average to decide what we wanted as we’re not familiar with their menu and it was so obvious this ticked him off. His demeanor made us feel very uncomfortable and tense the whole meal and we actually went up to ask the cashier for more napkins to avoid having the waitor come to our table. At the end, when we were paying, the cashier asked us how everything was. We said the food was good but we were not happy with the service. He didn’t apologize or say anything at all. We left feeling very much as though our business was not appreciated at all. I’d like to add that we are not the type to complain easily about bad service……we usually get good service most everywhere we go. Also, it takes a lot for me to write a bad review…..I’ve written very few.
