Went to Toots before the rush with the family (2 kids under 3). As we sat there we watched tables that were sat after us get there food. We only order a kids meal, a salad and chicken on a stick. 40 minutes later we finally got fed up and said something to the manager. Waited another five minutes with no return from either the waitress or manager. At that point called it good and left. Will not be returning.
