I really like Buffalo Wild Wings food in general, but having been to the Spring Hill, TN location a number of times over the past year I can say that it consistently smells like mildew. I’ve mentioned it to the workers several times and have gotten different answers. One server said that it was the water they use to wipe down the menus with every night which seems plausible. Another server said it was because they recently cleaned the carpets, but that doesn’t explain why it smells EVERY time. I really like the food, but I simply can’t go back. It just smells disgusting.

Stood at counter for about 5 min in front of two employees without any acknowledgement that I was there, one appeared to be training the other. Finally someone walked up and irritably took my money. This place only hires jaded kids. I won’t be back

Good Wings. There are a lot of choices here for wing sauces, the flatbreads are really good and there is better service than Beef o’ Brady’s by a landslide.
