Worst Food Ever. We made of mistake of ordering food from this restaurant because it was close. This was the worst food I have ever tasted. We could not even eat it. We threw it in the trash after 1 bite. I called the restaurant and asked for the $30.00 to be credited back. The girl that answered the phone had an attitude, but said that they would give the credit, but it never happened. This place is a complete waste of money.
Lived in NYC for 15 years. Always had the best access to great Asian food. China One delivers. They just do it right. It’s fresh, they make it how you want and the folks that work there are very nice. Try it, you’ll like it.

Great Service, Good Fast Food!. I absolutely adore this place. They make the BEST wonton soup I’ve tasted anywhere–it is always made fresh and the broth is tasty. Plus, their dumplings, mixed fried rice are delicious. However, I am a General Tso/Sesame chicken fan and China 1 does not make this very well. Usually rubbery on the outside and has a distinctive fishy smell/taste that alerts my aversion to seafood. However, what they lack in perfect specials they make up for in great customer service and fast delivery.
Like it. We have eaten there three times now and have enjoyed all the dishes. We have tried. The staff is very friendly.
Local and delicious. Great S&S Chicken and Sesame Chicken. Never had any problems like the one described by another reviewer. Sushi is good too. Lunch specials are a great value! $5 for a lunch combo? Great deal for great food!
NO WAY. I have ordered from China1 on several occasions since they opened, however, today was a disaster!I ordered the sweet & sour chicken like I always do from there, yuck, it tasted like the chicken was fish, like it had been deep fried in the same oil. Never have I tasted it that way, it is normally juicy, today it was dried up, I still have the lingering taste of seafood in my mouth and I have brushed my teeth.Sure I could request for my monies back or request for them to make a new batch or just never go back again.I could give them another try and hope for the best, however, with this lingering taste in my mouth I just want to get sick.I am not saying this will always happen, but if you are going to charge for fresh food, make it fresh!
