Truly we have missed eating here several times because they are not open on the weekends. Today, we were lucky enough to eat there for lunch. My husband and my best friend had the fried beefsteak with brown gravy and mashed potatoes and green beans. Her daughter and I had their world famous chicken strips with honey mustard on the side. I had the potato salad, the best turnip greens I have ever had and their cherry fluff. Both my friend and her daughter had the cherry fluff too! We all so enjoyed every bite of this amazing food! Country cooking at it’s finest!! The only drawback is that is cash or personal local check only. Luckily, we did not have to wash their dishes because we had brought cash to pay for the whole meal for everyone!! We also bought their blackberry cobbler and blueberry cobbler too which we warmed up at home with ice cream. Strictly heavenly!!! Definitely I want to go back soon!!
