Great new place in a restored historic building on the town square in Springfield. It is the only truly chef driven restaurant I know of in the county. Ian Forester has international culinary experience as a chef, but thankfully ended up in Springfield, TN…as usual, I think a pretty girl was involved. Prices are very reasonable for high quality cuisine, but this is not a meat and three or a BBQ joint..The restaurant includes a front cafe with specialty coffee (made by real baristas who don’t just push a button on a machine) and locally made ice cream.
