For a place that takes a fair amount of shortcuts, they really know how to deliver quality plates at pretty good values . The service is solid. Although it may not be of the highest quality, the meat that they offer is cooked and seasoned very appropriately and consistently.
This place is lucky I am giving it a one, it was recommended by a co-worker as a wonderful place to get a great burger and fries. So my boyfriend and I drove up from Maryville, to try it out. When we got there the parking lot was full (it was still early) so we thought we might have a short wait. We see people leaving not very happy and are wondering why. It seems this restaurant takes reservations (not a bad idea) however we go on in and the tables are empty customers in lobby and outside waiting, so we go to check in and are told that it will be 1-1 1/2 hours for a table. As I am looking confused the Hostess advises me that all the tables are reserved! They are turning away customers that walk in! What kind of establishment reserves all of the seating and leaves nothing for customers that walk in? by the way this was a Wednesday night, not a weekend…Shame on you!! Walk-ins for restaurants should be the priority, never reserve all your tables! needless to say I doubt we will attempt this place again. We eat out a lot and recommend to our friends (who by the way love to spend their money on good food and service). Your loss.
