Change for the sake of change. Have eaten at Bricks for years. Used to have my all-time favorite burger; thick peppercorn bacon barbecue. Changed the burger to a lower quality version and charge three bucks more. Seriously! I’m done with Bricks. Guess I’ll be driving to Cool Springs.
Not sure why the volume of negative reviews. We eat there at least once a week – great service, food drinks. Why would someone wait 30 min for a waiter ? Sounds phony. Love the SW chicken salad, seafood dip appetizer, burgers, fish tacos. Really enjoy the seasonal menus
Would not serve us. I would love to write a review for Bricks Cafe, but unfortunately we could never get a waiter to come to our table. My husband and our two children arrived and were seated in a side room with no other customers and then the wait began. We waited about 15 minutes for a waiter to come to our table and then decided that we had enough and walked out. Oh, but at least the the waiters were nice enough to say good bye and thanks for coming in when we walked out the door!
Service sucks!! I never see a manger. Waiters have bad attitude!
Just not a big fan. I have eaten here twice now and the first was unnavigable and this round was just bland. I opted for the linguine with Italian sausage and it was just, well, bland. I asked if it came with bread and was told no, but they have some focaccia bread for $2. I went ahead and got the bread and I am glad that I did because it at least had some flavor. The prices here surprise me. There are numerous appetizers that are more expensive than the entrees. I doubt that I will return because thus far they have given me no reason to do so.
Fish tacos are excellent. Average service but not meant to be in and out type of place.
Very good. My husband and I went to Bricks yesterday for lunch. I think there was only one waitress working at the time as well as the manager. There were 3 other tables that ordered at the same time we did. But we still got our food really quickly, and it was good. My husband ordered his always favorite Southwest Chicken Caesar salad. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with very light cheese. And they did indeed listen when I asked for not a log of cheese. The food was fantastic. The waitress was attentive even though she was having to deal with every other table in the restaurant that was filled. I would recommend this place.
