Poor service. Manager seems cocky. Restaurant is almost always empty. Servers never know the menu. Food is over price and nothing special.

Two of us went to Cypress on a Monday night. We loved our waiter, Luke, who was helpful and entertaining. The food was wonderful! We had the quail and the blackened catfish w shrimp, crawfish. Would highly recommend this excellent restaurant! Ask for Luke!

Really really really bad. Don’t waste your time.

The honey nut brown ale had to be the worst beer I have had in a while. It tasted like watered down honey syrup. The chicken duet saladwas minced chicken from a can with some lettuce and few almonds from a can and some cranberries. This salad was awful. It was not worth $11. This had to be one of the worst restaurants I have eaten at in a very long time. Do not go here.

A big restaurant that is nearly empty during the dinner hours is not good. The waitress did not know the menu or specials. I ordered the fish & chips and got over fried fish sticks. No one else at our table of five enjoyed their meals. Skip this place until they figure out what they’re doing.

Uncomfortable. 2/3 occasions when my husband and I were there, there was a very red-faced man who was belittling and berating the employees. The food was great; unfortunately, I’ll never try it again because I will not go back. We felt horribly uncomfortable and felt sorry and embarrassed for the staff and other guests who had to witness such behavior.
