Live nearby. Have wanted to try it for a long time. Awful. Service was great, food was a huge disappointment. No chile relleno or flan although the menu on line said they had both. $2 margaritas were very good. I had a beef fajita burrito which had a few pieces of beef, one piece of green pepper and two pieces of onions on it. Not impressed. Won’t go back. Casa Herrara anytime…food is so good there.

I visited EL FENIX CAFE on 5/1/2015, had a wonderful dinner with drinks,service was great,had the chicken enchiladas they were so good,i loved how they had real live mariachi music playing.. no one does that here in abilene…so if u people want realllly great mexican food with music this is the place…not to mention the outside patio was a wonderful feel of it all as well!!!!! Cant wait to visit again.. this friday again im sure 🙂
