Bad service. I called to ask if this place delivers the lady on the phone says no and just hangs up before i could ask to place a order for pick up. So i called back and told her she hung up on me when I wanted to place a order for pick up then i told her i dident want her food anymore since she was rude and just hung up the phone on me. I will never go to harvest moon or recomend them for their manors they seem like some rude people down their
Excellent service. Food was fair. Very clean. More selection at others in town. Probably wont go back.

It’s convient and the staff is super friendly. I work close to see and it’s a great place for a quick Chinese meal during lunch. The lo mein noodles are the best. Overall the food is average.
The best Chinese buffet in town. No more china star for us. I wish id stumbled upon this hidden gem sooner.always fresh and high quality ingredients. General Tsos and sesame chicken always crunchy and never soggy. Hands down best lo-mein and fried rice of any buffet. Five star service and so friendly too, my drinks are never empty 🙂 also once again if you havent been hete you must go, you will never go back to china star or buffet city again!
Went to another place in Abilene that I had net eaten at Harvest Moon, 1149 En 10th Street. It’s a buffet like most of the Asian restaurants in town, large enough for just about any group. Was seated quickly, service was fast and friendly. I would have to say the buffet was just a bit better than most in town. If over in that part of Abilene stop in.
I love their spiral rolls! Not much of a selection on the buffet though.
