My family is on a strict gluten-free diet, and I love that not only does Red Robin have a gluten-free menu, but their staff seems to be educated on the seriousness of food allergies, and the communication with the kitchen is excellent. We have never had any cross contamination issues, and the employees there have gone above and beyond with their helpfulness and attentive, friendly attitudes to ensure that our order is exactly right.
Chain food, chain attitude, chain taste
Great. Amazing food simple and filling….endless fries,,, what more can you ask for….well its as endless as you have patience to keep asking for more,,, they only give you a little bit of fries so i tend to ask for fries like 4 times….Hamburgers have quality,,, they are almost always good,,,
The bonzai burger with no onions and add bacon. The best burger anywhere in the world. Period.
Bad service, mediocre food. The service here has been terrible the last few times I’ve gone to Red Robin. The last time (and believe me, it is the LAST) I was there, the food was stone cold when it arrived almost an hour after we ordered, and the order was wrong. It took a half hour to even get the basket of fries we asked for when we were seated. The drink prices are outrageous, and to top it of, my food hasn’t even been that great either. Will not be coming back. Ever.
Salads are good. Fries are good. Shakes are delicious. Burgers… My friend got her chicken burger raw in the middle. It was disgusting. So mixed feelings.
Good food. I thought the food was good. I had the Jamaican jerk chicken sandwich and my bf had the Whiskey River BBQ chicken wrap. He thought the wrap was awesome. My sandwich was ok. They are a little pricey for the type of restraunt it is.
