Fast food at slow food prices. Pretty much as Mexican as a frozen TV dinner. The meat is bland. Queso and tamales seem like they came out of a can. Enchilada was a folded tortilla with queso inside with canned sauce on top. Lunch for 2 was $24. Never again

Tasty!. I don’t know about cheap, but I LOVE THEIR FOOD! Their meat always tastes good and their salsa bar is always fresh. Tortillas are always SoosoOOsooo good!Their portions suck though. Their portions compared to their prices are ridiculous!
Awesome!. Rosa’s was the first restaurant my husband and I went to when we moved to Abilene. We weren’t sure about it since it was a cafe and seemed more like a cafeteria than anything but as soon as we got our first bite we were hooked! We have yet to be disappointed. We both highly recommend it.
Just ok. For fast food mexican it is ok, the tortillas are great. The service is absolutely the worst though, they always forget something, do it wrong or just plain don’t understand you. It is almost like torture to go through the drive through, they talk over you and then didn’t get your order! And puuhhlease…what is with all the background noise??? Oh and the girls are usually very rude at the drive thru as well….. I’ve learned to just go inside. Their tea tastes like they are not rinsing their containers well – you can almost taste the palmolive…. blech.
Good cheap Mexican. Always clean.
Good fast food. Drive thru people always forget something!
