We walked into Rosa’s on an early Sunday afternoon. We ordered the burrito plates, in which we received 3 burritos, rice, and beans, with one tortilla chip per plate.The food tasted very sub-par, and bland. For the price, we would have been better off at Taco Bell. My guess would be they are more interested in selling tortillas, because they failed to add flavor to the food.We will not go back.

Fast Food. This place looks like a regular restaurant but once inside found that it is pretty much a fast food joint. The food was quickly prepared and not too bad. The flour tortillas were very fresh and I will be going back for more.
