I have been a customer for years and today was the first time I was disappointed. I moved an hour away four years ago, but when I’m on that side of town I do like to order from them. I paid for a large medium rare ribeye dinner and received a done ribeye. I called when I got home and they wanted me to bring it back. I told them I lived an hour away and their solution was hold on to the steak for a fifteen percent discount on my next purchase. They keep a history of your past orders in their computer and this is how they treat along time customer. Sadly, I won’t spend my money there again because I do believe they knew they were cheating me. They were trying to get rid of an overcooked steak and I happened to be the one that got it.
