Thief. I called in a to go order an hour before I was do to pick it up and when I got there, the manager tol me that he forgot to put my order in and was making all sorts of excuses for his mistake and also told me that it was first come, first serve even after I had placed the order an hour prior. He kept telling me that it would only be five more minutes for my order to be ready, which was a LIE. I will never ever step foot in there again.
I will never be back…awful!!!. I went to Addison Point this last Friday night for dinner and karaoke. It looked promising since there was a good crowd. First the waitress couldn’t get the drink order right or the food order right. The burger and fries were ok at best. I have had much better in the area (Fox Sports Grill is much better in Legacy Mall area).I am a regular at karaoke at a few other places and the kj at Addison Point showed a lack of professionalism and broke the common karaoke etiquette rules. He admitted to me that in order to sing more, you have to give him money…he takes bribes!!! So everybody else…good luck if you get to sing more than one song in a night. He also needs to learn how to run sound. He doesn’t know how to turn up the mic or use the wedge speakers so the singer can actually hear themselves. However, he uses a different mic when he gets up to sing and sure can turn the volume up on himself so loud that nobody can even hear each other talk. Apparently he is there to perform his own show and nobody else matters. I will never be back to this place.
Blah. Eh. nothing special. they do have some different options in their menu that most bars don’t have, such as turkey burgers (which i love). but besides that, their waitresses are slow, they claim to have great specials, yet my tab is always higher than it should be, and the owner is a psycho that cusses out his customers. i go there strictly because it’s convenient and they have golden tee… not because they are anything special
Love this place! Ever since the new owner took over it has gotten better and better. The buffalo burgers rock and the atmospher is so much better now. I think that they fixed the smoke filters cause I could see across the bar! It’s a must go if you want to have fun in Addison
Great bar food, and fun karaoke on Saturday nights. Once upon a time, this place was related to the Midway Point, The Point After, The Northwest Point, and all the other Point restaurants – at least that’s how my dad tells it. He’s probably right, because the Addison Point menu is very similar to the old Midway Point menu. The burgers are indeed huge and great. Solid bar food all around. On Saturday nights, they’ve got one of the better karaoke crowds in the area – a good mix of good, pretty good, and really bad talent. Good times!
Addison Point Is back and the food and drinks are better than ever. Will and Grady are a doing it right.
Best Burger. By far one of the best burgers I have had in the Metroplex. Bun was perfectly grilled. Everything was fresh.
