Decided to take a first date here. Was not disappointed. Great service, great food (though no chicken alfredo), nice wine selection, and just a comfortable feeling restaurant. Definitely a restaurant I will go back to.
Pleasant Lunch. I had never heard of Andiamo. Our group was celebrating a birthday, and the birthday girl chose this place. The outside sort of gives you the impression this is a Mexican restaurant. Inside it is a nicely decorated Italian restaurant. Pink is clearly the theme with wine bottle accents. The servers are dressed in black pants, pressed white shirts and a tie. They are formal and attentive. The food is pretty good. We tried six different dishes. The salad was a little heavy on the dressing. The vegetable soup was really good. The pasta on several of the dishes were decent, but not great. The pork chop was very good, but the Chicken Marsala was light on flavor. I would come back here. The atmosphere and service more than make up for the middle of the road food.
