3rd time is not a charm. My husband and I have eaten here 3 times. The first 2 were excellent! This time, however, was not up to par. I ordered scallops and found grit in at least 2 of them. My daughter ordered a steak medium and it was overcooked. The wait staff was still excellent, but that didn’t make up for the food. Yes, it is an older crowd (at least in the dining area) and yes, I also noticed the smoke in the bar area, but it didn’t get to the dining area, so that wasn’t a big deal. We live probably an hour away, so I’m not sure we’ll make the drive again.
