I think their Ruben sandwiches are delicious, The roast beef is excellent and plenty of it. My favorite is the bagels and lox plate. It could use a few more capers and chopped egg, but such a delight to find the quality of the lox to be at the top.
Love this place! A true gem. Great food, great service! I’m never disappointed! This is my ‘go to’ place for breakfast or lunch. It has a large menu with many options.

Hidden Gem. I dropped into Cindi’s on a spur. I wasn’t sure from the outside what to expect. It is located in a strip mall looking area in an industrial warehouse zone. Walking inside you are met with a fresh bakery of wonderfully looking sweets. I was promptly seated. The dining room is tiny with a decor of diner meets oakwood. it’s pleasing and cozy. The booths are the traditional cherry bench seat of a diner. The menu was huge and overwhelming. Since the name of the restaurant says NY Delicatessen, I opted for the NY pastrami and roast beef on seven grain bread with russian dressing and coleslaw. My side was a pickle spear and potato salad. The eye appeal was there. The sandwich was stacked like a Carnegie Deli sandwich in Manhattan NY. The taste delivered. The russian dressing was just a light smear and complimented the light sweet of the coleslaw. The pastrami was very good. I enjoyed the whole sandwich and give it a thumbs up. The potato salad was just average. The total bill was $13 including my tea. That’s great. Thumbs up to this place.Follow-up: I liked the place so much, I came back today to have lunch with my wife. We both tried different NY style sandwiches. Like the one yesterday, the two from today were very good. Yesterday I passed on the sweet display, but today we caved and ordered the apple struddle and an oatmeal raisin cookie. The server heated the struddle for us. Yum. The oatmeal raisin cookie was average. I would pass on the cookie in the future as it does not win the calorie vs. taste battle with me.
