Beautiful Kolache & coffee shop hidden inside the nondescript shopping area along Midway. The decor is wonderful. They have done a good job with wood flooring, brick arches and pleasant accents like flowers and paintings. Service is as nice as the decor. You will be greeted with a pleasant hello and a smile. They will happily explain what is inside the different options. I thought it was a nice touch to point out my first choice did not have the sausage in it. When I heard that I picked the option she pointed to. I selected two type of kolaches: Sausage Jalapeno and Ranchero. The first one is a traditional pig-in-a-blanket look. It contained two types of spicy that blended with the fresh bread. The Ranchero looked like a dinner bun, but it was stuffed full of scrambled eggs, ham and cheese mixed with a chipotle/ranchero type sauce. To wash it all down, I ordered a Mocha coffee. I really liked my visit. I stayed and read my book while enjoying the food and coffee.
