One of my favorites. Ive been going to Jay’s since the early ’80’s..back then it was after the bar’s closed..now it’s for breakfast. It’s nice to be able to have a smoke and a cup of coffee in peace. I know non-smokers hate it, but honestly there are 1000’s of other places they would be more comfortable. Please leave us 1 or 2 places we can still smoke and enjoy ourselves.
