First time experience!!. Saturday night was my first time going to a Japanese restaurant. Very friendly staff, our chef cook, Elmer put on a show with his amazing skills and tricks and of course the food was amazing. From the chicken to the vegetables, everything had an amazing flavor to it. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try out something different. The price of an entree would cost around twenty five to thirty depending on what you order but at the end it’s all worth it.
Terrific as usual!. Whether I visit every 16 months or every 16 years, I can count on a first rate meal at this location!
Must try!!. We live in Oklahoma and every time we come to Dallas its a must to eat here. Very pleased every time!!
Luv it!. I really like this hibachi. i’m gonna try benihana and compare the two. But defintely loved the atmosphere, dim lighting and intimate setting. Very noisy but while at my table I didnt seem to notice. Next time we’re bringing our kids…they will truly get a kick!
This place is a joke!. Went to Kobe for a birthday celebration, have been there many times before and was very disappointed with everything! The food was terrible, the service was just as bad, the waitress did not come back to refill drinks. then added 18% gratuity because there were 9 in our group, even though the bills were divided in 4 all of us were charged the 18% what a rip off! And to be charged for the rice as a side another rip off! when do you eat chinese or japanese food without rice! and when did they stop offering cheese cake if you get the higher priced menu item? only sherbert is offered now, another rip off! We will not be going back, the quality is no longer there but the prices keep going up!!!03 Dec, 2012This place is a joke!. Where is the mustard sauce?. The 2 little sauce bowls that you get at the Japanese steak houses usually contain ginger sauce and mustard sauce. We were served diluted ketchup I mentioned the hot mustard and got some answer that meant – we don’t have any. The food was awful without the hot mustard sauce. Worst Japanese steakhouse experience ever!
I have been going to Kobe for 22 years but this tonight will most likely be the last. The new menu price of $36 and the upcharge of $2.75 for fried rice and the upcharge of $3.00 to change the chicken to shrimp but the breaking point is they no long offer the chocolate mousse or cheese cake unless we paid another upcharge. Are you kidding me. You can keep the upcharges we will not be back.
