Huge portions of food and great quality of meat…..but the cook did not quite deliver. Food was both over and underdone, depending on what you ordered at our table. So, so at best. Atmosphere was ok.
The experience was fun, our waitress Jessie from Toy Story was high energy. We enjoyed the eclectic decor though our seats weren’t in one of the cooler areas. My son didn’t touch his cheese pizza, the broiled salmon was very bland, and the shrimp Alfredo was pretty decent.
Huge Disappointment. We finally made our way there to take the kids for a spring break treat. We were very let down. They had a line out the door but 50 percent of the tables were unoccupied. The staff was unorganized, the arcade was outdated, dark, and some of the games were inappropriate for children. The place was dirty and outdated. The elevator smelled horrible and was scary. Very old. We had to leave. It was gross. We love the concept and hope the owners will update and get a manager in there that can get it back on top.
