I’ve been coming here for at least 2 yrs. I have to say Michelle delivered the best service we’ve had. She recommended the Reuben Sandwich and Malarkey Balls. They were good and she remembered our drinks and served them quickly and with a smile. The bus boy Jesse is a sweetheart.
IV been going to malarkeys for 2 years now and I love it. They have an awesome wait staff. The food has gotten so much better lately. And the drink specials during the week are unbeatable. I love walking in and seeing familiar faces and my waitress always remembers what I drink.
Fantastic Place to Hang Out!!!. I love hanging out here! They have a great service staff, wonderful food, and killer drink specials almost every day! Tara is always my my favorite as I get my drinks in a timely manner and with a big smile!I was in three days ago and had the ribs for the first time… Best ribs in Dallas, hands down! They were especially good with the wide array of craft beers they have on tap. Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA, Magic Hat #9, and, of course, Guinness top the list.A jukebox with great tunes, a patio for chilling outside, and several tv’s to watch the games (Go Steelers!). A home away from home!
Confused?. Ive been going to Malarkeys Tavern for about 2 years after my friend Kate told me about it. Her sister worked there and asked me to try it out. So I went for lunch and I have to say, I was pretty impressed. I mostly get the Ruben with Waffle fries, but have also had most of the sandwiches and the pizzas. I mostly go for lunch, but I have been there for dinner as well. I was shocked after reading some of these reviews. I can honestly say that Ive never had a bad experience there. The food was always good and hot, their wasnt some drunk singing Crazy Bitch (If there was, and it annoyed me, then I man enough to ask them to shut up) and the service is always great! I mostly sit at the bar and Elizabeth usually waits on us. She rocks! I actually took a friend in today who has never been there and he couldnt say enough good things about it. We just so happen to Google Malarkeys while we were waiting on our (which came out in a timely manner) and when we read the reviews, I almost fell off my bar stool. Laughing at the reviews, we brought it to Elizabeths attention who informed us that they were now under new management. I laugh, because having managed a restaurant in the past, I tend to critique every restaurant I visit. I can honestly say that Ive never had any issues with this Pub. I sit at the bar order food, drink my Miller Lite and shoot Tuaca. Life is guuuuud!!!
Great Hangout. This place is wonderful, I go there all the time. The service is great, especially if you get Katey or Liz… The food is excellent and there are drink specials almost every night. The atmosphere is very laid back and pub-ish..never too rowdy….the owners both walk around and talk to everyone, so everyone feels very welcomed. I would definitely suggest this place! This is a regular hang out for me.
Have NEVER been so insulted at a CUSTOMER SERVICE based business as I was at Malarkey’s! I, along with a large band of brothers and sisters, have been loyal patrons of this place since before they opened. But no longer! Not only was the waitstaff disrespectful, the manager was not at all concerned with ensuring our situation was handled with any level of decorum or concern about what even happened! Utterly appalled that management would flat out run customers away.I know that there are always two sides of a story, but I’m here to tell you, we had other patrons of this place come up to us and tell us that management was out of line and they too were walking out and never coming back.Get your act together Malarkey’s, or I assure you in his economic climate and the host of other wonderful places that treat their customers with respect, will certainly run you out of business!
