Good food and excellent service. Arrived at the location at almost the appointed hour 11AM to find every parking space available. There were no other cars. The door opened promptly at 11AM and we entered only to find the place empty. It was a few minutes later that another couple came in. Looked at the menu and could not decide if wanted to order from the lunch menu of dinner menu. By the way I had coupons good for $4 off two entrees on the lunch menu and $5 off two entrees from the dinner menu. After reviewing the two menus we opted for the following. By the way the waiter was patient as we wrestled with our decisions. Ordered the 10 oz steak cooked medium, along with a salad and backed potato. Another order the Chicken on a Barbie with baked sweet potato and the third was a chicken fried chicken with broccoli and potato. Plus ordered unsweetened iced tea.Lets take a look at what we got. The iced tea was weak and almost crystal clear. Made a photo of the tea after the manager stopped by and saw the color and she immediately bright me another glass of tea that was at least darker in color. The tea was good but a long way from being outstanding. The cost of iced tea is usually too much in almost all restaurants. This just has to be one their top money makers. The rib eye steak came, and to this day I continue to have problems identifying the cuts of steak at Outback. I should just get a t-bone with the bone in it and then I can tell if that is the one I ordered. In any event the steak came as I ordered it, medium. It was tasteful and cooked just right. The flavor was excellent. The backed potato, a little on the small side, however seems like that is the standard now for most restaurants, was topped with a little cheese, sour cream, bacon bits and chives. Let me emphasize little as the amount was only in the center of the potato. The outside had salt which meant it was coated and baked with the salt on. The potato was very good. Also had a house salad and the greens could have been fresher as they were not all that crisp. The Italian dressing had a hint of mustard which I could have left off.The Chicken on a Barbie came out approximately six ounces in size. My spouse said it was excellent as was the cinnamon-butter topped baked sweet potato. She also had a house salad which in her case was an extra charge of $2.95 because her entrees came for m the lunch menu. Her salad was like mine, a little on the wilted side for the greens. She was well pleased with her order. The chicken fried chicken was a large piece coated with white gravy. The size was really very good. The meal also came with a baked potato and broccoli and there was a very large portion of the broccoli. It was cooked just right. We were brought three loaves of the freshly baked dark bread. The waiter was excellent and tried hard to please his customer. His tip was adjusted upward for his efforts. This was a good dining experience and we will go back to this location. Our bill was accurate after deducting the $5 coupon. Because of our experience using gift cards and always finding shortages on the card balance we now use up the gift card completely and leave the tip in cash.

Western silzer chief – beware. This place is poor. Ordered a T-bone steak, medium. It was by far the worse steak I’ve had. They even messed up the salads. Honestly, no emotions, this place needs to loose thei franchise. Comparable to a Western Sizler…

This place is never busy at lunch. I understand. Food is mediocre and service could be better.

This place is always great! I wish there wasn’t smoking allowed, but as long as Addison allows it Outback will allow it. Food rocks, so does the bar!
