Husband and I decided to try this restaurant in Addison, TX. It’s not too bad. I had the beef stew(B4). The beef was tender, the broth was a little salty, but the bread was delicious…crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Husband ordered the pho bowl with tofu and tripe. He said the broth, also,, was a bit too salty and the tofu was bland.

The staff are friendly, they serve the orders fast. They can speak English but a bit hesistant. I always eat the special combination beef ph and the shrimps spring rolls. I like the way they cook the beef slices as it is flavorful and tender. The broth is not salty but quite oily; it still tastes good though. Ingredients are generously placed in the bowl. It was indeed a one bowl of goodness. The shrimp spring rolls seemed to be freshly made. The sauce compliments the rolls very well. With compliments they serve you ice cold water with a slice of lime. I paid $10.83 for this with a complimentary fortune cookie. It was a great Vietnamese food dine in experience.
