Exceptional ramen at reasonable prices. I had never had ramen outside of Japan and this was as good as anything I have had there. Piping hot, very flavorful and filling. The bustling atmosphere was very similar to joints I have been to in Tokyo and Kyoto. Nice to see authentic cooks making authentic food. Service was prompt on a very crowded weekend night. the only negative is the delay involved when paying the cashier on the way out.

Nice little joint. Food is fresh and served hot enough to blister your entire mouth. Large menu to accommodate the pickiest of eaters. Priced right. I’ll be back.
The Chashu (pork belly) is amazing. Their ramen is always made to order and extremely satisfying. Get the Chashu Buns for appetizer, two to an order, but I could probably eat a million of those things.Always good for a cold day! Very consistent quality.
Our family favorite, especially on colder days. The pork-based broth takes 12 hours to prepare, so it’s rich in flavor, perfect with the juicy pork and chewy ramen noodles. You can add a mini chasu bowl (bbq pork) to your ramen meal, and it’s actually perfect for kids. Love the Agedashi Tofu, Spicy Edamame and Chasu Bun!! Love that they have expanded their location, now you don’t have to wait for too long to get seated. deboramanusama.com
The cold ramen is inventive and cool, so go get it.The chefs are friendly and answer your questions, so go talk to them.Cool kids are eating ramen these day, so go eat it.Peer Pressure.
This ain’t your college-days ramen! This is like that ramen on steroids, with tons of love and more importantly, pork belly, thrown into it! I could go on and on about the pork belly alone being as it is cooked so beautifully, but I digress. This place was amazing. As you walk in, you feel like you’re going into a super casual restaurant that’s going to have super casual food that you’ll probably need extra sriracha for. It looks like the kind of place that you would have hung out in in college, especially when you see the low prices on the menu. But this place shocked me because the food was amazing. We ordered the gyoza as an appetizer, and while I wish there would have been 6 pieces instead of 5, they were hands down the best gyoza I’ve ever had. They were soft yet crisp. They were seasoned perfectly, AND they were cheap!I highly recommend the spicy miso ramen! It also had a ton of flavor and just enough spice to get you caught up on your water intake for the day, but not so much that you’re uncomforable or regret it later. It was a really good experience and I’ll definitely be back soon to try the other tasty things on the menu! thegingermarieblog.com
