Remington’s is back!For a while construction in that shopping plaza made life inconvenient for patrons. Now it’s done and the place was humming on Saturday night.Cold shrimp were delicious, as always. Crab cakes were excellent. Light, flavorful and full of crab, not filler.Both Caesar and garden salads were generous portions, and dressings were nicely balanced.We had Rockfish and Redfish off Daily Specials board. Fish was tender and flavorful. Pistachio crust on Redfish was light, and pistachios were tender not chewy.Only bad part of whole meal is that we had no room left for desert!Oh, staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.
