Four Different Trucks. Ruthie Food Trucks have four different vehicles. The light and dark blue are their original grilled cheese trucks. The pink is new and serves French Crepes. The green truck is for catering and parties.
Great Grilled Cheese. Unfortunately, my first experience was at the Food Truck Festival at Siegel’s where it took over an hour to receive my first taste of Ruthie’s. I tried to not let the 108 degree heat and the extremely slow service affect my thoughts. It was a great grilled cheese. I had mine with pepper jack, bacon, grilled tomatoes and slob sauce. It was a great sandwich. Haven’t had a chance to go back but I will, again and again.
