Poor customer service and rude staff. Many regulars have stopped going there due to the new staff poor service. I used to be a regular and have given them many chances after poor service and unresponsive customer complaints. Ive finally given up and decided to never step foot in that restaurant again. I will be taking my hard earned money somewhere else and hope you do too. Too many other spots on beltline and in the circle to give this place a chance.
Just turrrrible. I’m one of those ‘I should review that place’, but never actually do. This time, I couldn’t NOT review this place. We went for a Thursday night trivia night. Arrived, ordered a couple drinks, and then some food. Nearly an hour-and-a-half later, our food arrived. At about 45 minutes, we were told ‘I’m so sorry for the wait, the kitchen is backed up. It should be out in 10 minutes’. The puzzling part is THAT NOBODY ELSE IN THE PLACE WAS EATING FOOD. Some of it arrived a half hour after that, barely warm, and only half of our party actually got their food. The rest came another 5-10 minutes later. The unfortunate part is THAT NOBODY ELSE IN THE PLACE WAS EATING FOOD. At this point, I’m Hangry. The food itself is really pretty terrible, small portions, terrible for an ‘English pub’, and pretty ‘eh’ service. We asked for a manager, were told there really isn’t one. But the waitress did offer us fireball shots. Sooooo, there’s that to console us. There are too many quality places in that area. Do yourself a favor and enjoy one of them as opposed to this sorry excuse for a business.
