  Good beer, food and outdoor seating, but they should tell you that it’s Dog Friendly and they don’t mind barking dogs!

  Went to SH after a friend chose it for dinner. Was worried about it after reading reviews. Have to say our group was pleasantly surprised. Went to dinner at 6:30. Had no troubles getting a table. Many groups around us in casual clothes and business casual. Several people out on the patio. Nice menu. Great beer. Server had good suggestions. I do understand it becomes more of a night club atmosphere on Friday and Saturday nights so maybe set up your outfit. Give it a try .. don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

  Weird!. I went to enter and i was told that the list was invite only. I showed my military id and was suddenly let in…. There was not a crowd nor was there a private party the entire night.

  Racist Racist. Didn’t like the color of our skin so pretended they had a private party yet everyone else did not get asked questions and were let in. This is why Paula Deen’s empire is crumpling down. Why can’t people learn a lesson that the way they treat people will one day come to bite them in their behinds. You are right now feeling like your on top of the world but one day you will wish you did not treat people this way.

  Have had a good experience there in the past; however, several recent issues made for an unpleasant experience. Scheduled dinner reservations for my boyfriend’s birthday. They put them down for the wrong day, thank goodness I follow-up to confirm. They only save two tables for 18 people. Not everyone could sit and eat. Service was slow and several times had to go to the bar.

  We had dinner here tonight and had a great experience. Our waitress was attentive but not intrusive, and the food was outstanding. We had the short ribs with pasta and I would highly recommend this. Have been here many times before and love the large beer selection and the made from scratch food.

  Weird help. Social House on a Wednesday night was not too crowded. It might be because it’s a little difficult to find. I would suggest taking a right on Montfort and going into the lot entrance just past Subway. The patio was crowded, it is definitely the place to be. We sat inside, it ended up being a group of 11 of us. We had no problems getting a seat and no real problems with the service. I ordered the chipotle turkey burger which was very good. I loved that they put avocado on the sandwich. Their fries were really good! Portions were good sized; I definitely was glad that I did not get an appetizer or anything else with my meal. My only complaints are that our waitress was (sorry…) dumb as a box of rocks…could not figure out that I had switched seats with someone and tried to take my order again. Also, the busboys stalk your table to clear the plates…in a really awkward manner…so good that they keep the table clutter free and all, but try not to be so awkward and stalkerish about it. We also got a slice of chocolate cake for a friend’s birthday (which our waitress, bless her heart, could not figure out how to discretely work it out with my friend who was arranging it). The cake was huge and pretty good. I am pretty sure though that Social House does not offer complimentary birthday dessert.
