It is hard to be fair to this restaurant. In the end, it was no different from significantly cheaper sushi/Chinese buffets and the quality of food isn’t considerably better to justify the price. Sushi is still rice heavy and the rice was dry. Fried rice had gotten mealy from sitting under a very hot heating lamp. Fried dumplings were put into a covered buffet, left to steam, and get soggy. My wife enjoyed it because it had fresh salmon sashimi on the bar. She liked that they had a hot pot counter and she could add crab legs to it. There were lamb chops on the menu as well.I don’t see myself going back. $35 a person is just too much for what it actually is.
