Odd Taste & Too Much Work. The Which Wich process has you selecting a sleeve with all the options on the outside. There are 10 different sleeves that identify the different kinds of meat (ham, turkey, pork, etc.). Once you pick a sleeve, there will be specialty sandwiches with that meat that are predesigned. To know what’s in the predesigned, you have to read the board. I recommend reading the board first, then pick a sleeve. If you do not want a presigned or you want a simple ham sandwich, then you have to mark all the things you want. It’s a bit overwhelming and confusing. I would much rather go down a line and point to what looks good or hits my fancy that day.While I am not a fan of the process, neither do I not like the sandwich. The bread is soft and fresh, but there was no flavor in the wheat bun. My ham was either very salty or had an odd flavor. I did not enjoy it. I won’t be back.

This place has some great sandwich options. So far I’ve only had one so far, but I am eager to try so many more. I wish we had a Which Wich back in Colorado Springs.
