Rude uncaring customer service. I had an 11:00 lunch date with a friend and arrived at 10:57. I tried to open the door and it was locked. I was standing out in 32 degree windy cold weather. Everyone inside looked directly at me and walked past me at least 7 times or so. I even tapped on the window to get someone’s attention and I was rudely ignored. I wait until 11 and he manager opens the door and said, we open at 11. Uh…duh! I waited until my friend showed up, I told her what had just happened and we left and we went to another place down the street and had a great lunch.
Decent Food…Misleading Menu. The food is decent though I wouldn’t recommend the gumbo or chowder…not authentic. The menu is deceiving because it reads JUMBO shrimp but they aren’t. The fried catfish is great but don’t expect great things from the other menu itens. I’ve been here several times and try different things…I will stick to the fried catfish and medium friend shrimp…it’s getting a bit overpriced since I started coming here…
Not bad, just not. Bland everything – fried shrimp & catfish, French fries… And how on earth you get the pickle flavor removed from fried pickles or the heat completely quelched in horseradish is beyond me. The gumbo was inedible a – grainy and pasty with flour… and bland.
Love coming here. They have the seafood covered. Grill or fried. Shrimp and 50 cent oysters on the half shell on Sundays. Man, if you need a seafood fish, this is the place to go.
We eat here often. Same menu as Fort Worth location. Service is better in FW, but it’s ok in Arlington and slowly improving since they opened. And the wait is not nearly as long here in Arlington. Best grilled fish in Arlington. Grits and gumbo dish is excellent. Discount for UTA affiliated people.
First time in here… And it was amazing!!! I had the red snapper fillet and my hubby got the ceviche and some fried calamari… Everything tasted fresh and delicious.
Great food, great music, great price, very diverse crowd.
