Great Food! Terrible Manager!. We have been going to the Hooters on Collins St. for a long time (years) – and love it! The food is always GREAT and the girls are very friendly – always make sure everything is good. Downfall is the new manager Mark that transferred in. The morale seems to have gone down since he’s taken over and the girls don’t seem as happy like before. We weren’t the only ones that noticed, our boys in college also did to. This is great place to hang out and eat, but Mark honey, you need an attitude adjustment.
