I was not impressed. Drove from north Fort Worth to Arlington for this?!?!? The wings were okay, our waitress was nice enough I guess. The majority of the staff was rude. Definitely not worth the drive. I doubt I’d go there again even if I still lived in Arlington. Give me BWW over this place any day.
I will never go back. Hour wait, hard to get a drink, very crowded. The most unremarkable appetizers Ive ever had….cold and lacking anything more than a fast food restaurant. The service was bad as well.
We went here with a party of 8 around 10:40 pm on 8/14/2013. There were several large tables open but we were told there was a wait. So we waited, and waited about 15 minutes before we went inside to check on our table, they said they would be right with us so we waited another 15 minutes before we just told them we were leaving because they could have sat us down 30 minutes ago. The front desk lady gave us a stupid look and we walked out. Nobody else was waiting on a table in front of us. So of you want to wait over a half hour before sitting down with no one in front of you be my guest. We will not be taking our large parties here anymore.
Good Wings. I had the spicey lemon pepper wings and they were good. I have had better but I will definitely return. I sat at the bar on a busy Friday night and the service could have been better. There were several waiters but they didn’t seem to pay me much attention once I had order. My food was brought out and offer to the guy next to me and of course I told her it was mine. They were really busy so I will cut them some slack
Not quite as I remembered it. I used to order Pluckers all the time when I lived in Austin and those 3 AM deliveries of cold wings always seemed so good however after a trip to this location, I just wasn’t impressed. Just ok.
Love it here. The service here has always been good every time I come. Except for the hostesses, sometimes they don’t even notice you until minutes later even when you’re standing right in front of them, weird. But the servers have always been nice. I LOVE their fried pickles, I always get them. And then I usually get lemon pepper or spicy mandarin wings, with spicy ranch fries! One time I decided to try out their bakers gold wings, and it was way too spicy for me. I told my server and she removed the wings off the check with no problem, she didn’t seem irritated at all (I was afraid to tell her at first) and she made sure I got some new wings. I made sure to tip her well!
