Worst Service Ever!. All employees were rude but one nice blonde girl( I wish I would of gotten her name) Entire order was wrong and food was put together sloppy and our shakes were watered down! This was my families first time there. We were visiting from out of town! Will not go again and do not recommend!
I love the half and half milkshakes the burgers are really good but a bit small and pricy. Just one suggestion either lower the prices or increase portion size and I’m not talking about more fries. You have way to much competition around you to serve such little burgers. Step it up guys!!!!
This was my first time eating at this place. At first my order was lost. The food food tasted good, but was small in portions. Not much of a difference then McDonalds or Wendy’s.
AfterCowboy loss ticket -188 food ok but plates and bowls were filthy. Booth needed cleaning. Had to go through five to six bowls to find clean ones.
May be the best thing to come from the north. Very good thin patty burgers, thin fries, and phenomenal milk shakes. Avoid the gimmicky versions and stick to the standards.
Attempted to have lunch here today. We were seated & after 25 minutes, asked if anyone was going to take our drink order. Hostess said someone would be with us & then went back to staring out the window. All six of us got up, and left vowing never to return. I’ve had good results with other Steak ‘n Shakes, but avoid this one at all costs!
It’s a chain, but a good one. Get one of the melts to eat.
