We’ve been to this location several times and each time it has gotten progressively worse. The last time we came we walked out because no one had taken our drink order for 20 minutes. Today, we were seated promptly, our order taken, but then we waited >30 minutes for our food. As I type this, we are still waiting. The waitstaff was very nice, but they are so incredibly slow! This is not a gourmet hamburger we’re talking about. Management needs to get it together.
