Favorite Sushi place even outside of Texas. I used to live in Arlington and this was my favorite sushi place to go to. I’ve tried other sushi restaurants but I always go back to this one. I usually get the baked salmon roll, California roll, shrimp tempura, or OMG roll. I have tried other rolls and appetizers, honestly everything I’ve tried is good. The rolls are a good size and I’ve never had an issue with my orders. Everyone I ever went to Sushi Domo with ended up loving it and going back. I think they have $4 roll specials for certain rolls on Monday and Thursday nights I believe (moved away so not sure if its changed ). They also do lunch specials until a certain time, 2 rolls and a salad or soup for $7 (always got this). It is usually busy at night especially weekends and when they have their $4 roll special from 6:30- close. I would definitely recommend Sushi Domo and it’s usually the first place I go to eat whenever I’m back in Arlington.
Worst experience at a sushi bar!!. Horrible service, the managers don’t care about the customers, just want to hurry up and close with no regard to the guests. Waitresses as well. Always nagging at the table pressuring you to hurry and finish. This is my second time dining and it was the same as before. DO NOT GO HERE. From now on I will take my business to Piranha’s in the highlands. They are much more friendly and service oriented!

Disappointing. While the food is okay, the service staff and cooks are inconsiderate and clueless when it come to providing service to their customers.
Awesome place!. I eat here for lunch (to-go) all the time. I usually opt for the two roll sushi lunch special, which comes with miso soup or a salad. I also get the seaweed salad. Always fresh and delish! My order is ready super quickly and the waitresses are so nice!
Love this place!. I would recommend Sushi Domo to all of my friends. It’s perfect for a romantic dinner, or just a casual dinner with friends. They have a bar (not a full bar) but it’s still family friendly. It’s dimly lit, but not dark to the point where you can’t see anything. They have happy hour every monday and thursday from 6 to close ($4 rolls, $2 domestic beer, $2.00 cold sake for Monday and $1.50 hot sake for Thursday). I go very often and the service has always been great, and if they ever make a mistake on something, they are always willing to fix it. Also, they have coupons on restaurant.com. Be sure to read them before using though, because some of them have automatic gratuity on them, which I don’t mind since I am still getting a discount and I would still tip anyway! The sushi chefs are awesome, especially Ryan. My favorite rolls are the Naked roll and Bentley roll. I never liked raw sushi until I came here. Their fried rice is also really good. One of my friends used to hate sushi until she tried the Oh My God roll here. She loved it! Sushi Domo is a must try, I have no complaints.
Don’t come here if your in a hurry, waitstaff is extremely slow and seem inexperienced. Ordered sashimi while we looked at the menu for our main dishes, but yet ended up getting our main dishes first! Food was pretty good once it finally arrived .
