How Do You Roll? is a unique maki style sushi bar started by two brothers in Austin, Texas in 2008. Their goal was to bring quality sushi without pretension to our fast-paced society. HDYR? reinvents sushi by allowing customers to design their own sushi rolls, right in front of them. Grilled chicken, avocado, cream cheese, and mango? Why not!
